Who Won 'America's Got Talent' 2021?

The America's Got Talent 2022 hopefuls will be hoping to follow in the footsteps of 2021 winner, Dustin Tavella, a magician and musician from Pennsylvania.

For his winning performance, Tavella blew the audience away with his act about the importance of giving, all demonstrated by a piece of paper and a whole load of magic.

Not only did Tavella take home the $1 million prize, but he also headlined the America's Got Talent Las Vegas Live Show at Luxor Hotel and Casino in the fall of 2021.

Tavella is the third magician to win the show, after Mat Franco and Shin Lim.

Speaking after his win, Tavella through tears said: "Thank you guys so much, thank you to everyone who voted for me. I never believed I would get here, this is crazy!"

Tavella was up against stand-up comedian Josh Blue, quick-change artist Léa Kyle, aerialist Aidan Bryant and singer Brooke Simpson in the final, eventually taking home the winning title of America's Got Talent after America cast its votes.

So, who will be next to follow in Tavella's footsteps? It will not be long until audiences find out.

America's Got Talent Season 17 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
